Sales Tax:
Customers in New York State will be charged 8% sales
tax for each online order (before S+H).
Shipping and Handling:
Your order may ship via USPS (in particular our
rhinestone tees), FedEx or UPS
If there will be a delay in the shipment of your
order, we will contact you right away. Tshirts being
shipped to Canada and Internationally will be delivered
via International Express Mail.

Delivery:
We currently ship to residents within the United
States and some products are available to ship to
Canada (ex. rhinestones tees, which also ship internationally)
You will be contacted via email with a tracking
number for FedEx and UPS orders once your package
has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost
or stolen packages that have been documented as
delivered.
Returns and
Exchanges:
If the item(s) you have received are incorrect,
please contact us immediately so we can resolve
the problem. All returns/exchanges need to be taken
care of within 7 business days from receipt of the
goods. Please contact us immediately to obtain details
on how to return your order - some returns require
a return authorization number. Once a return is
authorized, we will refund your payment less any
shipping charges within 30 days.
Please note:
if you received free shipping on your purchase,
we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur
to ship the products to you.
If possible, please return the item(s) in the original
box. If this can't be done, the returned items need
to be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging
to receive your refund (favors need to be returned/shipped
back in a brown corregated box). We must receive
the return within 14 days from the day the return
authorization was issued. We reserve the right to
reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet
these conditions.
We're sorry, but we
cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Apparel (each crystal
rhinestone item is made-to-order per your specifications
- please see product note below regarding size)
- Ornaments (each
ornament is custom-made to order, designed by one
artist & hand finished with paint and/or glitter)
- Edible Products, Candles, Sandals, Customized
and Personalized Items (unless
there was a mistake on our part - ex. incorrect
personalization on tags, wrong ribbon color, etc.)
- If an item is damaged in transit, it can be exchanged
and the the order will be fulfilled for no additional
charge.

Note:
Ours tees and apparel are 100% cotton and are styled for a fitted
look, please keep this in mind when selecting your
size - when in doubt, order one size up. We recommend
that the shirt be turned inside out before washing
(hand or machine), using cold water (no bleach)
and low heat in the dryer - this will insure they
look their best for a long time! Please do not dry
clean.
